Refund policy

At The Good Skin Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products carefully selected for your skin goals.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only eligible for:

• Incorrect items received
• Products damaged during shipping
• Unopened products approved for return

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
